Add choose time and date to Virtuemart checkout page

For a client webshop we need to add a "choose delevery time and date" in the checkout page. (Joomla 3.x with Virtuemart 3.x). This shop is now building under construction. We have filled in the 2 options with Virtuemart Customer Fields. The choosen value (date and time) must be placed in the backend order and order confirmation mails which are send to client and shop owner. (If you have better or more simple and clean sollution for it, that's also okay for me). I noticed that there are some components or plugins for it, but that does noet work for us. We need to keep it simple and straight forward. Take a look at: [login to view URL] The date can be choose from Joomla calander. This must be shown in Dutch. The time can be choose from a drop down, which contains pre formatted periods. (See image attachements for information and example) We are only searching for developers who now what they are doing. All necessary details for site and ftp access would be given after choosing bid winner.
