I need a .NET class or library that provides methods to manage files contained in an Android device attached as an MTP device to the PC (not as a mass storage). Functions must include selection of device, file listing, copy (to and from) and delete. In addition I need the ability to receive a notification when a new MTP device is connected. Code must run properly in windows 7, windows 8, and windows 10. Code must be free for me to use in my commercial application without additional or reoccurring licensing costs.
