This project is online quiz system. There will be two user components admin area & user quiz show area. The quiz system will run on a timed system. Quiz system will compute the number of quiz’s to be created and played during that period based of pre-set number of users per quiz. The quiz will pull questions from a array question database. users will be rewarded based on time left on their clock when they choose their answer. After quiz has looped through a pre-set number of questions per game. The quiz will then re-direct them the user with the highest score to a page that offers redemption code to clam prize.
Admin Area -
Create a category, sub-category, provide images to be uploaded to be used as buttons, allow html text editor to provide description of category or the sub-category
Create a question, media - (video, audio, image, text), choose category, sub-category(optional)Questions, provide 4 answers for each question, weight questions
Redemption codes, an area that will allow copy and paste of codes into a text area, these will be used in quiz for prizes, redemption codes will removed for system when provided for prize
Dashboard, display statistics about quizzes, number of users played, number of questions, number times used if you can provide more statistic data that would be provided
Quiz Area -
Flash game area
- data should be piped in allowing dynamic games
- flash will send user results to a database, also (offer random ordering, 'stop question patterns')
- a scroll area displaying users in game
- buttons to allow view memberprofile, a chat area for intra-game chatting
- I want the system to total the number users waiting to play, divided by pre-set number
of users per game, this will create dynamic number of games per time period.
- The questions should be random, but increasein weight or difficulty.
- When the quiz finishes flash will compute the winner.
- Quiz redirects winner to a page providing a redemption code.
- The waiting page should show timer till next game starts.
*Please note we have a graphic designer who will provide flash game images & movie clips
Settings:

pre-set number of users per game
game start periods
'I.E. games will start every 1/2 hour, this should be a configuration setting.'
