319923 Professional Wordpress Theme

I am looking for someone to build me a professional looking newspaper type wordpress theme.

I am not sure how to word this project exactly, but it needs to be good enough for me to distribute to others through [url removed, login to view] and have an admin section inside for people to place their adsense or ad banners etc.

Any previous theme experience would be preferred, as I am new to this area, so need all the help i can get :)

the idea is to have a home page layout with the first 100 or so words from each post, then a click to read more. Plus some strategically places ads.

Then the content pages will just be normal text, with ad options above, inline, below and in the side bar etc etc.

I am not if this is enough info to go on, but I can show you samples of themes I want it to be similar too.
