dynamic website, template based, with url rewrite and Xml integration

I need to build a dynamic website (preferably in PHP/MySql) for travel information. I don't need the design.

Requirements:

1) All urls must be rewritten from dynamic to html, possibly with relevant keywords rather than numbers forming the url (e.g.: [login to view URL])

2) Code must be completely separated from design. I will design templates for the various sections types and the site will adopt those general templates and add the custom Xml info, keyword, and also any content which I enter in the admin panel for that specific page.

3) I have a hotel database in Xml format provided by [login to view URL] affiliation program, which has hotels for each country, region, city. We need to integrate this database into the site, so that each city page will have (if available) a link to a page with the hotels.

4) Leave an option open for future integration of other affiliate programs Xml or links.

5) Coder should also find (or extract from another website) a structured list of all (major) countries/regions/cities in the world and create the site main structure and pages of this site based on that. I am thinking at something like:

index: linking to the list of countries in the world

[login to view URL]: linking to the list of regions in the country

[login to view URL]: linking to the list of cities in the region

cityY: linking to cityY map page, cityY weather page, cityY hotel/travel page, when one is available (the one with Xml integration).

Some cities (for Italy only) will have also links to minor cities making up the city's district. The minor city page will be as cityY above.

This is the main structure and it could have additions/variations as we develop the project or in the future.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
