XML feed pased into Wordpress

Please read the entire project detail carefully. Any applications that do not address every aspect of our project details will not be considered. We require an xml feed that is currently parsed into this website ([login to view URL]) reformatted and programmed to work in a new Wordpress website here: [login to view URL] With a couple of changes... We want the main listings page to display "all listings" with the ability to refine via the search function, then to go into the property detail page and so on (mock-up attached). i.e. eliminate the current initial landing page. So no initial landing page with the four big buttons as it is on the current site. We only want the search function - which is already coded into the current site and we have all the original development files from the current site. Just reformatted and a different design. We would also like the the search function moved to the side (I've attached examples for layout and design). See the search function here: [login to view URL] - (underneath the four buttons) Some further adjustments: 1. We'd like the feed to output from high to low price (currently it is low to high) 2. We'd like there to be an additional segment under property type "Phase 2 Properties". According to the xml feed provider this capability is already there, it just needs to be coded to output only that category. The Listing Detail Page has a slightly different layout, same components, just placed differently. Also attached. We will provide the original code for the xml parsing, as well as the xml feed, log in credentials to Wordpress and FTP - as well as the design mock=ups (already attached). We need this programmed directly into Wordpress. It doesn't have to be responsive, although the site is responsive, but it should be visible in responsive mode - i.e. shrink down to fit. If you can program it to be responsive, that would also be awesome. You can quote based on both if you like. We need this done ASAP.
