We will be designing four domains in WordPress all are interlinked.
The requirement of this project is to design an online form that will work with our WordPress website.
These forms are expected to be built from scratch and we look forward to WordPress expertise, recommendation and advise.
Two levels or types of forms;
1. For the Financial Adviser (otherwise known as a Fact-Find) that can be completed online by the Adviser.
2. For the prospect or potential new client (a significantly cut down version - name and address notes just basic info)
3. If step two is completed the Adviser must be able to re-employ this data and apply this to step 1. (the Fact Find form).
4. Triggers - At stages throughout the Fact Find form we must be able to email a copy and/or deliver a Yes/No (request to continue) to the client and on acknowledgement 'button' and therefore returned email; this client acceptance detail is to be applied or recorded within the Fact Find Form - This is compliance and an important aspect of the solution.
4a. Note: This is where we appreciate the forms suggested may not get us all the way there because we may need an SSL certificate for purposes of each submitted form; being a unique and identified client with online submission and response being required.
This online form data needs to be marco populated to Excel or form data to populate a database and then is easily updated MS Excel.
a. The fact find is done 100% manually currently (attached) and we want to bring this online.
b. The online Form data must be able to be automatically populated into our Excel Fact Find template where it can be used to update Power Point (attached) This means specific form fields have to be re-populated into the correct spreadsheet tab and field of the Excel template so Excel Macros or use of Visual Basic competency is going to assist the skill set required here (maybe).
We are open to redesign of both Excel and Power Point templates (as they are old) assuming these 'new' templates offer everything that exist now but deliver efficiency in updating and retaining a single set of the truth through all mechanisms Online Form -> (database?) -> Excel -> Power Point.
Choosing the correct Freelancer?
The FL with the most talent and/or proves competency in sample delivery or documentation or proves experience or 'other' adhering to the requirements aforementioned will be awarded this project.
2. Online sample FORM collecting data that outputs this data correctly to Excel (via inclusion of a database or direct). (Sample Excel form -> .ppt provided so FL can illustrate to us Online Form -> Excel -> .ppt requirement)
3. Deliver an estimate on time including a break down of tasks as you see being required.
