Website for Freelance Architect

I have a freelance architect who is looking for a website. We have a similar site that we can use for reference purpose only and wish to design our site in a generally similar way. I'l be able to provide more details. We would like to break the project into 3 phases: please quote a price for the total of all phases and we will break it into 3 phases. The project should last 6 weeks (2 weeks a phase), and we make one payment at start and submit a 33% milestone, we move onto phase 2, with 2nd payment 66%, and finally onto phase 3 with final payment. The website consist of the follwoing features: development - 1. Home plans - Admin to upload all the home plans through CMS into different categories and all the relevant information such as pictures, pricing, text etc. 2. Plan Listing - It has following interactive and user friendly features - (a.) Plan options at left panel where users can filter the results by narrowing the plan options to choose and it stacks each chosen options in chronological ways to show what options user has chosen to narrow the result as well as user can cancel the chosen narrow options to go back in larger listing. (b.) Plan Zoom in option (c.) Add to wish list (d.) Add to compare - This provides the facility to compare the features of various plans which are relevant the plain which is being reviewed currently by user. (e.) Pagination (f.) Ability to set the number of plans per page ( 5, 10, 15 ) 3. Plan details page - It consists a descriptive information about the plan including options available at plan listing as well as following more features - (a.) Email to Friend (b.) More views of plan (c.) Related plans (d.) Description of products - Description, Plan specifications and customize the plan ( This basically provides the contact information so that users can directly contact the website Admin ] (e.) Add to cart (f.) Download plans - (1.) PDF and (2.) AutCad Plan Set - Price changes accordingly when user choose (2.) AutoCad plan 4. Check out process - 5. Payment Gateway integration 6. 4-5 textual based / usual pages like About Us, Contact Us, Testimonial, What's Included etc. 7. Website search and Advance search 8. Newsletter 9. Add to this ( script )to bookmark and share the page to social networking websites and print etc. 10. Discount coupon 11. CMS - To manage the website's stuffs including Customer's accounts, orders, payments, ability to upload the home plans ( as defined above ) with details, manage newsletter, discount coupon, printed set plan, Add/edit/delete the website's pages content and images. Website design - 1. Home page including Java script slide show to have 3-4 images/text in rotating manner. 2. Plan listing page 3. Plan details page 4.
