I need a professional Online Store

I need a regular online store, nice design, user friendly, easy to use: can be made on any platform, magento, joomla, etc What I need from that site particularly: 1. I need more payment options Credit Card Bank Transfer A customizable payment method. This mean that I need a payment method that can be renamed, it doesn't have to be linked to another site or something like that. NO API, will only work locally. The customizable payment method need to be as follow: In check out where the customer chose how to pay will be: NAME (after name I want to be able to put a link) Example: Royal Mail Escrow Learn More (Learn More will be a link) if the customer chose this payment method, I'm thinking that a pop-up will appear where I will explain how this service works....customer need to agree this terms in order to continue...I'm open to new ideas on how to make the buyer aware of the terms and conditions of the custom payment method. If customer agree, than all will continue normal.....at the end....a message like: we received your order...and will be processed shortly. I need to be able to modify those messages for all payment methods When I receive the order in my admin I need to see what payment method the customer chose in order to process it accordingly. I also need Credit Card Payment method but same, not to be linked anywhere, we process the cards ourselves 2. I need to be able to set up Minimum order by total amount of money and Minimum order by total amount of pieces This restrictions need to be added per total order, not per model, category, particular item. Customer are allowed to mix their orders to reach the MOQ 3. The store needs to have data feed manager. I need a module that export products feeds for SHopMania, Nextag, GoogleSHopping, Amazon, etc etc etc 4. I need to easily be able to add one or more badges on homepage. some comparation sites as shopmania are free but they require me to add a badge to my site so they can list my products on their. 5. Also the site you make need to have an option so I can take products from some sites I will give you. Need to get the products automatically This is a hard project and please no bids from non experienced freelancers. Surely on the way we need to be able to add, remove modify some of the above. I just need to see it up and than I can see how it should be.... I hope you understood my requirement because only if you understand can make this site work as I need.
