Integrate Cashbackengine with various online affiliate networks + Template + Price comparison pages

Developer is required for a coupon + cashback based website.

The background of this website to provide 100% of what the website will earn as a cashback to users who have registered on the website.

Requirement is to integrate various affiliate networks in India with CashbackEngine script. The whole script+integration should be able to track how much each user have bought (in terms of money) and how much commission I have received so that the same can be added to respective person's account.

Template for this script has to be made as well.

Apart from the above the site should show details about various products on different-different websites and price comparison of a product on corresponding websites in a single page.

Kindly note that affiliate networks like flipkart, pays varied payouts for different range of products. The scripts should be able to take that into account as well. Also there should be automatic integration, as in all the commission & cashback should get credited to the accounts of the users automatically.

Website should be optimized to run as quickly as possible in slow internet speeds as well, plus should be mobile friendly also. Theme/template has to be developed by the developer only.

Developer should be wiling to support the project after it’s completion as well, since additions/modifications after successful implementation are required frequently due to nature of the project.

Kindly note that there have been instances on freelancer where the developer asks for half of the payment in advanced without even starting working on the project. This is unacceptable for me, I am OK with milestone payments.
