My First Concerts Website

We are setting up a small family business, "My First Concerts" using our extensive contacts as professional musicians, to provide a agency that supplies performers who will go into day nurseries and give short concerts to very young children, aged 2 - 5. Most of the instruments will be orchestral but only one instrument will be featured in each concert. I have set up a separate contest to create a logotype. We have found a template that we like, and are considering going with that, although we would also consider alternatives. I have used Wordpress for some other web projects of mine, hence wanting to use it here. We have a clear idea of what we need and are just looking for someone with good knowledge of WP to help us put it together and tweak the design as needed. I would like to find a designer with excellent English and who is prepared to stay in touch over Skype. There will also be some print work which could be done by the same designer, or we could look elsewhere for that. Please forward some examples of your work, and background. I have attached the design refs I supplied for the logotype contest, just as a ref for the look and feel. I am interested in using Freelancer TimeTracker if you would consider it.
