Convert designs to html5/css3 and integrate flash game script to new templates

As the title states. I have 3-5 designs that need to be converted to pure html5/css3 and then integreated with a flash game script to bring this site together. Hired Freelancer must be a professional php web developer. Must be able to look at the script and implement the script to the templates and make all the functions work properly. There will be some custom coding to make things work. You will also add a few new features to the site, such as; zoom function for game play, dim the background when playing games, add a more sophisticated discussion/comment. There will be customization, so its in important that you know how to code from scratch. This project would should be worked by a frontend developer to take care of the html/css and then given to the programmer to finish the backend of the site. This project should only take less than a week depending on how skilled you are. The project is small. You will have the designs and a complete flash game site script...It is your job to put them together, customize when need to to make everything complete. This might sound like a big job, but it should an easy job because everything has already been designed and script is available. Only skilled programmers and front-end developers. Thanks for looking
