Complete Existing CSS Joomla Website To Go Live

I need an existing project to be completed. Project is on this specific Joomla template----> [login to view URL] This is for a fully functional site that needs to go live within 2 weeks. It includes a shopping cart and live online support that is somewhat functional. Site also needs to connect with Facebook, and Twitter. Already have most of that functionality in place (I think). Please note: bid the time it will take you to complete this work correctly. A 10% penalty will be applied *PER DAY* after completion date expiration. For example: If you state you can finish within 7 days and project is NOT finished within that period, then a 10% reduction on the total project will be levied on the 8th day, 10% on the 9th day, ect. Please also have communication with google talk. BONUS: A bonus will be paid upon a "faster" completion time too. Therefore, you finish 2 days prior to project completion, there will be a bonus paid based on that. This will be determined based on your initial time table.
