Build a Website -- need to be available for skype

I plan to hire a few programmers and pay them $50-$150 each to do part 1. I will then decide on programmers to continue to give support and do the next steps. ***please only discuss how much you expect for part 1***** *** include if you are able to do other steps (especially skype help pay per hour)** ***android application experience a plus**** If you accept, you need to tell me the costs you expect to receive if different from listed. You also need to tell me how much you charge per hour or 15min block for support on skype. ME: Need to make a website that is a review of workers(eg: maid, teacher, other) Currently in possession of a bluehost account and web name (.com) The example site can be written in wordpress possible with connection in the future to bluhost sql. Goal and steps: To create a very intricate site. I will hold sole ownership of any code created for me. Successful programmers will be invited to be partners. 1. ($50-$150) I need a simple site that is a copy of my page mockup [login to view URL] a. The front page allows users to create a login. This needs to be stored in a table mysql. (or other you suggest) The data for users will be : Boolean Active/Not Active, Name*, country of origin*, email*, local phone number, skype account, password* b. Two example profiles with a profile with data that is tied to a table in mysql. The data for workers profile is : Name*, Local Phone*, email, location, cost per hour, time availability c. To allow users I have granted access to see certain profiles (It is listed in the mockup) I will be able to go into the table and change true or false bolean to give the users access to the profiles. d. a five min interview on skype to continue to step 2 2. ($150)At lease a week after programmer has been paid and handed over site and is accepted from step 1: a) I will need to create forms in the website to save to tables. The form in example with workers applicant will automatically create profile. An upload image function will be added to worker applicant form. b) I need to be able to program functions of that data. Eg: If the current time equals available time, a green light will be added to profile on the page that displays all profiles. c) There will be an administer page where I can see a list of users and easily change the Boolean to true or false. 3. ($100) Create the ability for users to pay for access to certain pages. Update above needs. 4. ($100) Create an application that can interact with the site. 5.($200) Create a mobile application (android fist then apple) that can access the site. 6. A control panel within the computer application. 7. Marketing for my site and for other webmasters to open a site. 8. Create access to a learning site.
