I need to port a VB6 program to VB 2005. The program currently uses Winsock32 to connect to an NNTP server and download binaries. Ported version would need to perform the same functionality but using the VB 2005 tcpclient capability. There is also small use of an Access97 database from inside te program. This functionality would need to be brought forward to the latest mdac version. Not looking to enhance at this time, just perform a port.
