p2p and metasearch

I need a program that does the following: 1. Connect to RSS news, and shows it in the first page 2. Connect to various search engines, like in [url removed, login to view] and get a metasearch result of all these search engines a. I have the rights to the PHP script in the above site, so it will be easier, just convert the php code 3. Connect to a pure P2P network (can be edonkey network, or suggest another one). And share ONLY PDF files When a user does a search, it searches in all search engines, like a metasearch, and put every found site in the same list, with different relevance to each site. It also searches in other users by P2P network, and other users profile. There should be a button to download the found article The downloaded file will be saved in a shared folder, that is shared with every other program user. If it is a user, instead of an article, it should be able to send the user a message, and look inside his articles. To publish an article, it will copy the article to the shared folder and share it with other article info, like authors and abstract Basically, the software should be extremely easy to use, without the user needing to understand P2P, or anything else. Everything should be background. I already created the program design, in visual basic 2005 express. It will be easier to understand my idea seeing my design. Of course it can be improved and modified according the needs.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
