This is a very simple program. Just go to Yahoo stock screener, select your parameters, and download the resulting list of stocks to an ascii file. Here's the yahoo screener... [login to view URL] This should be written in VB6, as it will be plugged into a larger program which is written in VB6. Here's an example of the screen I might use: share price $1 min average share volume 100K per day Today this nets a total of 2304 stocks... Next I want the stocks names in an ascii list with a filename that I select, but ending in .inc for example: [login to view URL] It should look like this... "acmr" "age" "aos" . . . "zion" "zixi" "zran" I've attached a screenshot of the main program it will go into... Your program will be added under a new menu item called "Screener". I don't know the best way to do this... mimic the Yahoo screener in the program? Pull up a mini brower and look at yahoo? I'll let you tell me the best way.
