Chat create website

Hello all coders! The main point of this project is to do these following things. You main job is to find/create a chat program in php, or java. (you may use open sourced code but i am not giving credit to the author so choose wisely). Users will be able to go to site and create a very simple account only asking for there username, email and pass. Once account is created users will go to a page and can create a chat room and name it. They will choose if it is worksafe or not. Once they create it, the chat room will be [url removed, login to view] the title of the chat room will be what they named it. Users will have basic admin features as i would have. On the /therechatroomname page the chat window must be in the page, and users will have the option to pop it up in a new window. On the same page there will be a tab called imageboard under the chat room. I would like you to use some sort of free image gallery you can get your hands on. Users can simply upload a pic on the mainpage (regarding the topic), and put there name and make comments about the page. I would recommend wakaba located here [url removed, login to view] Admins can also delete pics on there accounts. Second to last, i would like the admins that create accounts to be able to have an admin contact page that will be linked from there page (a simple file, noething complex). Finally all the new pages made will be listed in a directory on the mainpage neatly. im not looking for design skills here, mostly coding, so design is the least of you worries. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

can be ran on linux server. You may use perl, asp, php, mysql, etc.
