SysAdmin.,Asterisk Gateway and VPN

I have a hosted cloud based VPS in UK (on [login to view URL]) server is based on Centos 5.x It is a low volume/usage server: 6 hosted domains using email (IMAP and POP) less than 200 email per day in total. And joomla for CMS (probably not more than 200 pages per day in total). There is one important CRM application - 2 users max. The CRM is based on SugarCRM (Apache + PHP + MySQL). The server may be small and low volume but all domains and services are important and need to be kept functional and secure. I do not have the time required or all the skills to setup and manage this server or the required apps etc. I will explain further, provide all details (Inc. root access for WHM and cPanel) with the winning bidder. The tasks I need completed are as follows: 1) I want the Provider to do an initial site check of all services and fix or enhance security and performance as required. 2) Implement an Asterisk (or similar) based VoIP gateway and VPN service to connect to my local IP-PBX and 2 VoIP providers (sipgate plus another) - I need the SIP link to my server inside a VPN. This is a private (NON commercial service) simple and low volume. 3) Provide on-going support - 2 hours per week for 4 weeks (8 hours total) I want to agree a fixed fee per week for two hours of agreed regular SysAdmin and other minor work. 4) Additional work/project may be required (sipXecs, Alfresco, LAMP and Tomcat etc.). It would be good but NOT essential that the initial provider could help with these additional tasks.
