Write some Software Gym system

We are looking to design a software to our gym which should have the following. Personal details of the member with his/her photo, Membership registration monthly, 3 month and 6 months and a year etc. So we can track user membership status and send reminder when the membership period expire. Record the in gym sell for example sales of energy drinks, water etc Record expenses for example rent, staff salary, electricity, water, machines maintenance cost, others etc Get profit report after getting net profit per month or selecting a period The system should have a user rights and other reports The system should be in php and mysql backend and run with wamp server etc so we can easy run it in a network etc. The design should be attractive
