I'm looking for a software to monitor printing devices in customer fleet. The software should have a local agent to be installed within networks to be monitored and a core system to collect data (serial number, hostname, pagecounts, consumable alerts etc). Software should support multiple accounts (reseller) each account should support multiple customers/networks. Should be upgradable in terms of supported printer brands and have an admin interface for setting up resellers/invoicing.
