PHP Webapp and Iphone/Ipad Webapp for Project dokumentation

We have a web application used with a apache web server and a mysql database for our internal project management and customer database. For that existing webapplication we need a new plugin for project documentation. That Module should be able to use the projects with all informations (Customer of project, contacts that work on the project with their addresses,..). What the module should do: - add new construction documentation with the following entries:1.) choose what documentation type it is (about 10 different types, mostly with same function but should be different type to ) after that: Date of documentation entry (auto date from server), Time of entry (from-till, start time auto from server), weather, temperature, rain (yes/no), wind, What state of project (list to choose from), add text, add photo (in mobile webapp direct from iPhone/ipad camera), add documents (pdf, docx, xlxx, odt,..) In webapp for computer there should be the possibility to print the reports.
