website functional expert

we need one dedicated functional expert (FE) for websites. to begin with we will start with one mega shoppig cart. we can provide you with functionalities, and then FE has to analyze them and design all layouts (its not fonts etc.) but he has to fix the layout positinging, fields, type, few checks if required. so that designer can do the look and feel stuff must be comfortable with visio for layouts and databases. We don't need designer / programmer but a functional expert. he should do research work for cleint domain and come up with layouts as per industry standards. to begin wtih proejct we are looking for layouts done for [login to view URL] he should not miss any pages and flow requirement is for cleitn admin or other layouts its a long term so whosoever wins first we will assign all future projects to him. thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
