Facebook API Application Designer Needed

I seek a designer with facebook development experience to track the following facebook end-user features and save the data to a database. Once the data is saved to a database by facebook user, the system will display the "totals" by feature and update daily.

System will then calculate by each user the highest to lowest amount of activity after calculating the totals. For example, 'end-user a' had 10 incoming status updates, updated their status 3 times, 1 confirmed friend, 21 messages received and 5 messages sent. 'end-user B' had 5 incoming status updates, updated their status 1 time, 3 confirmed friends, 10 messages received and 2 messages sent.

End-User A Total: 10+3+1+21+5 = 40

End-User B Total: 5+1+3+10+2 = 21

End-User A would receive the highest total number of activity and End-User B would receive the lowest. Therefore, database must add each total feature by end-user then sort highest to lowest.

1. Track # of daily incoming status updates

2. Track # of times end-user updates status

3. Track # new confirmed friends daily

4. Track # of messages received daily

5. Track # of sent messages daily

6. Track # of new posts to wall daily

7. Track # of new photo tagged daily

8. Track # of photo comments daily

Please let me know what other features of facebook can be tracked via the API. We can then discuss additional features and negotiate a fair bid. However, at this time I simply want to fetch the above data by end-user, save data to a SQL 5 database, calculate totals per end-user and then sort highest to lowest.
