Intro
[login to view URL] converts each formfeed character (FF or 0C in hex) to a given amount of linefeeds (LF or 0A in hex). If we give more than 1 file to fix in the argument list, and we reach the end of the first file, we simply keep going and spill over into the next file and so on.
Requirements
The perl code below needs to be ported to ansi c code and should work in exactly the same way: from commandline it should be runnable with as first argument the amount of lines per page (=pagelength), and as subsequent arguments an ordered list of all parts of a file to apply this to.
Primary objectives
1. submitted project code should be ready to be compiled with Open Watcom C 1.2 (win32) ([login to view URL])
2. the compiled c code should run significantly faster than the original perl script
