203980 PHP/CURL script

Hello, I'm looking for someone who has experience in CURL for php. I am a member of a website called send out cards. This website allows you to send out personal greeting cards to people. On this website they have an ability to import a contact into the system. This is where you come in. I need to use CURL to automatically add a user into the account in the backend without the user knowing. There will be a standard html page with the following fields. (First Name, Last Name, Address 1, Address2, Email, City, State, Zip, Country, Birthday Day, Birthday Month). Once the user fills in those fields it will automatically login to the send out cards website behind the scenes and using curl it will enter the information and post it to the site (adding the user to the database). I have no control over the send out cards site which is why it has to be done in curl. If send out cards provides any errors on the screen it will need to skip the insert completely and just ignore the function. I will give you access to a demo account on the website so you can figure out the field names, posting info etc. Must be in php/CURL and the file needs to have comments throughout it so I can follow/edit it if needed.
