Generic engine for selling, buying products and 5 original front end designs

Have a fairly large project that requires the dedication and expertise of a very professional, highly skilled coder or team of coders to accomplish my requirements. I have over 1200 domains which I’ve purchased over time as an investment. Some (very few) I have sold over time, but most I still have and need to start making a return from them. My goal is to structure a system that is largely self maintained. Some of the better domains that I have are well suited to directory type services, where a person can browse, see a product or service related to the domain and then contact the seller. An example of the domains I have is: [login to view URL] ??" which could be used for selling sun glasses [login to view URL] ??" which could be used for selling used parts of cars, trucks, motor bikes, boats, tractors and more [login to view URL] ??" which could be used to list security products and related services [login to view URL] ??" which could be used for memory enhancing products, vitamins etc [login to view URL] ??" which could be used for paints or for sun tanning spray-on products AND I have many more. So the idea is to have a VERY complete system that covers a back end for the sellers of the products (where they can enter information about themselves, product information, pricing, photos etc) and also the front end side of the web site where website visitors can see the products, can see the products (category / brand) and can then contact the seller. THIS of course, is just a very quick overview on what is needed. Further, there will have to be an ADMIN section of the web site where things can be set for the back end of the site. Where a person (I or an employee) can specify what categories to choose from (make, model, type, colour, size, cost, etc). For example of a more complete (but not totally complete) description of the back end would be: Sign up form Checking mechanism for real sign ups versus fake ones The ability to enter products easily The ability to select form of payments accepted A description of what they do Brands and models / types covered by the seller Operating hours AND MORE An example of a more complete (but not totally complete) description of the front end would be: The ability to select the country where the search is conducted (being a .me domain name it is a global searchable name). The ability based on an IP DB (of which I actually have already), for the page to set the proper country as a default The ability for the person to search per category or brand The ability for the person to define several specific things about the product. (for example, in the [login to view URL] website, a seller will advertise a door for a Ford, he will specify that the door is from a Falcon model, he will specify the year being from 86-89 and that its on average condition / good condition / very good condition and he may also place some other search terms like, RED etc). And the person visiting the website, should be able to do a search that will return that information. A rating system ??" both for sellers and for products A comments section and anything else that will give the person an ability to express their opinion AND MORE The ADMIN section: Ability to customise the type of information that is available to the seller and to the buyer Able to moderate the information that goes into the web site from both the seller and the buyer (ratings, comments etc) AND MORE A sample website (in terms of functionality) is [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The engine for the ADMIN, Front end and Back end, needs to be done in MySQL, Perl, HTML and CSS etc. The engine needs to be generic enough so that it can be used to run any of my domains. All I want to do is to have different skins for my domains but use the same back end engine to run them all. Of course, each domain, can have its own DB and Apache server ??" so it doesn’t have to share. But I’m also looking for very well optimised sites to achieve the highest SEO possible. Ideally somebody who knows Apache and Google (how these two work together). I’m looking for the engine and 5 different front end designs that would be a match to the domain names shown above. Of course, an about, company, services, site map, news, Terms & conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy etc pages (for SEO ranking) would be necessary. My goal again, is to have a system which can be mostly (in the long term) self-managed AND for it to be of very high quality. There’s no point in spending money on a project that will not return anything because people visiting the website don’t like how it looks like or how it works (way too many of those sites on the net already which are a failure). All the web site content will be added by me or a contractor at a later stage. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, MySQL, Perl, HTML, CSS
