295934 Auto Lead Generation Prg

This will be an automotive loan lead-generation program to be written in php. We will need 2 levels of back-end Admin. One (super-admin for site owner), and Two (for Auto Dealers), each with password protection. Auto Dealer admin area will allow account set up (contact information, credit card information, and allow entry of a list of zipcodes). Programming will need to verify that zipcodes entered by Auto Dealers are available, or already assigned to another Auto Dealer. Dealer will need option to add or delete zipcodes, and to modify all account information. Programming will utilize a "pre-paid" lead generation system (similar to programming used by most pay-per-click search engines). Dealers will deposit funds through credit card payment, and will continue to receive leads until their funds are depleted. Each lead received will decrease the availability of their pre-paid balance by a specific amount. Programming will send out a reminder email to Auto Dealer when their available balance is running low and reaches a specific amount. Auto Dealers will also be given an option to sign up for "Auto-Replenish", where they can agree that if their account balance falls below a specific dollar amount, their credit card will automatically be charged an amount they specify. Auto Dealer Admin area will need to show their current available account balance. Site visitors seeking auto financing will complete an online Auto Loan Application. Information from application will be added to an online database, which will list all information from the application. If application is generated from a zipcode which is assigned to an Auto Dealer, system will send an email to the assigned Auto Dealer. Dealer will then need to log on to his Auto Dealer Admin section, where only his leads from his specific zipcode list will be displayed and available for downloading and printing. Auto Dealer Admin will need to have a customer support form, and adequate help information available to assist with their account administration. Super-Admin (web site owner) will need to have access to all information: including but not limited to Auto Dealer contact info, account balances, dealer log-in and p/w, database (downloadable and printable), etc. Super Admin will also need option to increase available funds for a specific Auto Dealer account balance, or to delete an Auto Dealer Account.
