Update PHP database to Joomla website

Need an immediate person to update old PHP database and migrate to established Joomla 2.5 website. Have gone through three freelancers who were not able to complete the job. Please do not reply if you cannot fulfill your promise. This is a simple procedure and should only take a day.
This is an outdated SQL database and needs to be upgraded and then migrated to our website for usage. Website is semi-completed, we just need someone to export database and create user friendly interface. Should only take a few hours. I've been scammed several times on this job so don't bid if you are not honest and reputable.
