Redesign phpBB Membership Website to Wordpress or other CMS

Convert decade-old phpBB + html membership based website to new elegant and professional appearance for new CMS site. I have 10+ year old medical association website that uses phpBB as the member registration . It looks 15 years old. I want you to make it look beautiful, professional, and current. It is a free-membership association website. The registration is based on phpBB. It has custom registration form fields. The database is important and must not be messed up with 1000's members and forum posts. There are about 30-40 pages of text content that you will also put into the new CMS pages. I believe that these pages are simple html. I want you to put this into an easy website content management system. You will create an elegant, professional design. Spend 5 minutes on new letterhead and logo. Everything that works on the old website must be compatible and work on the new site that you create. The final product must be a fully functional, bug free website that looks like a professional association. I will show you competitors. Your final product must be as nice and professional, if not nicer, than theirs. I will only choose a programmer who responds with the words: “I can do this” so that I know that you actually read this. I will give you link of website to review before awarding project. I would love to have SEO-friendly URL's on phpBB. Everything must be SEO friendly. I am more likely to select you if you mention your ability to do this. I need it completed and bug free, uploaded in 3 DAYS from award. You have no more than 3 day to complete this project, debugged and perfect. My webhost is 1and1.com.
