User Authentication in HTMLS5 Mobile App

Hi, I am developing a mobile app using HTML5 and jquery and intend to use phone gap build to compile it into Android and IOS apps. I want to integrate a Serial & PIN authentication into the app. This is what I want 1. That when the app is launched for the first time, the authentication page is open requesting for the PIN & SERIAL from the user(I have created the authentication page as a dynamic page in the script). 2. The SERIAL AND PIN is sent to the database (through a validation script) to confirm if successful the status of the PIN should be set to 1, so that it cannot be used again (I have created the programme to handle the serial and pin generation). 3. On success, the PIN or the SERIAL should be logged into the local storage (The reason for this is so that when the app is launched subsequently, it should check for either a logged Pin or Serial, if found, it will present the home page, else it should present the authentication ). I will provide 1. Access to server and details of the Database of the PINS 2. Access to server to host the validation script. Please the validation script should be in php (most preferably) 3.
