Joomla Multimedia Slider/Rotator Extension

We would like to have a Joomla extension developed that can be used within any Joomla template (J2.5 & J3.0) environment that models the Washington State University frontpage module slider/rotator/navigation bar - [login to view URL] The slider should be flexible to offer a variety of settings and allow each sliding area to include rotating (fading - no flash please) articles (regular Joomla article and/or K2 - K2 would probably be the best way to make it work with Joomla) while including a overlay video to be viewed without leaving the page or module frame (as seen in the Ancient Archaea link within the Research tab of the [login to view URL] slider) if deemed necessary. The title and subtitle colors should be fully customizable to change depending upon the color of the background image. The extension should also include a navigation bar allowing for menus to be added with ability to add multiple sublinks that expand if necessary making the module a complete navigation area that doesn't have to include any surrounding frontpage items. Menus should be able to include modules if necessary and ultimately be a megamenu style navigation which offers a variety of exandable features. It would be nice to work with a company who can offer additional ideas to ensure this project is fully comprehensive. Additional projects may be awarded upon completion. Again, we would like to make this module look as similar to the WSU module as possible - with complete flexibility. Additional Details and Wishlist Below We want it to look and feel exactly like the module at [login to view URL] except to allow more extensive usage. Rotating Slider ~ option to return to normal state after x milliseconds (if turned on) ~ use K2 for the rotating slider in combination with the regular joomla Menu manager - use K2 media for the video, but only be visible if a video is included ~ use K2 image to supply the image and category and subcategories for each visible area (at least 1 visible slider area, but potential of 5 - but normally 3) ~ Learn More (option change to More info, etc)with gradient background (as seen on [login to view URL]) with ability to turn off gradient background and, if possible option to change color of gradient and opacity. ~ Title area at top left (with option to change title color) ~ Subtitle as an K2 "Extra Field" with ability to change color or not include if not included in K2 item ~ Additional line via "Extra Field" with rectangle background with option to change color, change opacity, or not include. ~ Link area as seen that includes (x) number of articles in category ~ Area below links to add "Related Link" which links back to parent category (if activated). Menu Area ~ Use selected Joomla menu ~ megamenu options - as seen here in top nav bar ([login to view URL]) ~ Ability to change menu color ~ Ability to add/remove dividers or change to dotted, dashed, or solid as well as size and color ~ Ability for parent dropdown to individually remain simple (as seen on [login to view URL]) with parent or be megamenu
