We are planning to build a new job, project and freelancer portal. The website should be similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but expanded by the functions of a jobsite like monster.com. On the one hand everybody can easily announce his private or commercial projects and freelancers, worker or companies can place their bid. At the end of the “auction” the offerer can decide which offer he wants to take. On the other hand worker can place their application for a post (and the area, city, country or region e.g. asia or worldwide, where they want to work) and companies can place their vacancies. Workers and companies need space to present themselves (text, pictures, files), but workers can decide which part of their presentation they want to be free accessible (like cv, credentials, former employers) or if they want to stay anonymous until they get requests from companies, so they can decide which company will have access to their presentation. The project should have expandable/unlimited Categories, each showing the number of projects, job offers or workers listed. On the left hand should be placed the project categories. On the right hand the job categories e.g. banking, engineering, sales. Multi search functions should be available incl. a city and zip-code / distance search function for Germany, e.g. you are looking for projects near Berlin and max. 200 km around or you enter your zip-code e.g. 10115 (one of Berlins zip-codes) and search for a job max. 50 km around. Further details: full admin-area, FAQ, Help working on databases without emails on the admin side, Message Centre for the customers and notification options, My Account, User management and locking, Project- and Job-Management, announce functions for illegal offers, rating options for business partners, graphic and website design, flood-/Spam controlling, security options etc. The whole project has to be easily changeable, scalable and expandable so OOP (object-oriented programming), html templates, well documented scripts and so on are preconditions. Furthermore usability is important and that the website is fully search engine optimized. Fees: Charging options for different kind of offers should be available, like job offers from companies at the time of publishing or a success fee like on scriptlance.com. Optional: Software expandable with new countries and languages, so the main texts should be translatable. Pleas note if your offer will include this option. Programming: CSS, PHP, MySQL, Ajax, JavaScript (but we can discuss the programming if you have important reasons to use a different language) IMPORTANT: We are looking for a reliable company or team to do this job, which will think about the project before and during the development, keep in touch with us to clear any questions and to make sure we will get a reliable and user friendly software. You should be able to give us support in the future and develop further increments or changes. If the job is well done we are interested in long term business relationship because we urgently need some new projects done and have a lot of work to do on one of our bigger projects.
