Contact Form 7 Frields Validation Tasks

We use Contact Form 7 plugin for Wordpress and also this plugin to have contact form 7's data stored into db and exported as csv: [login to view URL] on our website. All we want is to validate some fields on our main form: 1) Auto capitalization for the field no 1. It must be parsed as capitalized also in the database so this must NOT be done via css. 2) Field 2 should also accept "Α,Β,Γ" letters instead of only numbers. 3) Validation of Telephone 1 and Telephone 2 fields, in order for the submission to: a) One must will be needed every single time. If user fills in Telephone 1, Telephone 2 wont be available for filling. b) Telephone 1 must be starting from "2" and Telephone 2 must be starting from "6". Both fields must be limited to 10 numbers, actual number. Not 9, nor 2. 4) A checkbox must be added regarding our newsletter subscription. Pre-checked, not a necessary box. Well this this is not a big deal, its being done automatically by Contact Form 7 and parsed to the db via contact-form-to-database plugin. 5) Real time validation with ajax. This is not a big deal too, since there are plugins out there that are able to do this, pre-made and ready for use after activation. 6) Based on a P.O Boxes database number, after filling the "P.O Box" field, "City" field will be auto added by the script - not by users. Details of the form (URL) will be provided via message. To be clear with this, developer will work locally or on his server, there is no problem for it. Our site is live and i dont want to have changes time. You can work on your server. We will review the changes, once they are done we will pay you and you will apply the changes to our server too. Or you can work on our server but not in the live website, on a second exact copy of the form. Only serious bidders please and familiar with contact forms and wordpress developers. DO NOT BID if you are: a) unsure about the work b) unsure what wordpress is c) unsure what contact form 7 is d) unsure how contact form 7 works e) unsure about javascript,php languages and how to get it work We do not need people that will make "tests" on this, we want developers that will just spend a little time to fix these tasks, they will get paid and will be used in for future assignments on the same form.
