Convert a Template to a Website

Hi Folks, I am looking for a Joomla expert to customize Joomclassifieds template for my new project. This template uses DJ-Classifieds & DJ-MediaTools as key components. I have purchased Joom-Classifieds template & would like to tweak it to suit my area of business. Most of the core functionality that I require work straight out of the box, hence the work I'm looking to get done is mostly cosmetic changes on the UI. (plus some additional features IF POSSIBLE) -UI changes would include a. changing the logo (i'll provide this), b. changing the background color of the top-bar to white & increasing it's height. c. changing position of few items search bar & resizing it d. removing the default background image & pushing up the the 'Categories' area into that space e. renaming few items (example. 'Post Advert' to be renamed as 'Get Listed') f. changing the background color of the footer to white. g. Introducing a menu bar with couple of menu items - I would need to Un-publish/disable some of the items like 'Recent ads / Most visited' (on the demo page) & replacing in that space with image sliders & albums of my partner vendors & some premium ads. This can be easily achieved using DJ-MediaTools I reckon New features required which is not in the template: -A "news feed" ? Place where i can manually publish latest updates from some of my registered vendors. The site visitors can do a 'facebook like against it if they choose to. Googling suggests there are some free extensions that provide this functionality. So Basically it will be customizing/integrating this module to the website .(I'm open to new ideas here) -A forum Free ones like Kunena So same as above, it will be customizing/integrating this module to the website -A blog, where users can publish their articles. Again looking for a free module/extension that can be integrated. To sum up I don;t think there is lot of complexity involved. I was able to make some of the changes after having a quick play with the template/components, but thought it might be a better option to get some professional help. I have screenshots done outlining what exactly needs done with respect to changes on the webpages. I'm hesitant to share that public just yet. So, provide me a rough estimate & we can have a chat to discuss the finer details to conclude P.S I'm looking for experts really, preferably someone who has worked with DJ-CLassifieds/ DJ-Menu etc. Also time is key, would need complete these changes & go live in the next week. [Essentially the project wouldn't suit someone who needs bit of a learning curve ;) ] BTW, This is on Joomla 3.x. (And the customization has to be done very professionally, so that future updates etc does not break anything) Thanks.
