What has been done so far: All the general structure of the website is already in place using Joomla CMS 3.1. Sponsorships are handled by a component called Joom Donation. Children are listed on the website using the component called Community Builder. Option to donate to a member (child) is made available using ‘Donate Me’ plug in. What need to happen now: All sponsors data and payments are stored using the ‘Joom Donation’ component. However, we need to use ‘Go Cardless’ which is a third party company to take recurring payment (direct debits). Once sponsors fill in the form in ‘Go Cardless’ platform. We need to add some scripts to return and store the data back to us on our website. ‘Go Cardless’ has a PHP Library where you can view some sample scripts.
