Wordpress Website to finish up

I need someone to finish off a wordpress website we have started. My in-house programmer is too busy with other projects at the moment so i am looking for someone who is excellent with WordPress to come in and finish this off... The url is: [login to view URL] Here is a list of what needs to be completed: 1. Add a second home header image (we will only have two images in the header-the New York one that is currently there and another similar photo of TelAviv). 2. Make a page for "International" (we will design this and provide it to you-but will probably just have a header image and some body copy). This will be the only page on the site for now that will not be located on the home page slider. It will replace the "resources" page in the header (deleting resources-the four logos with links). 3. Link about 20 pdf's under the "Case Studies" page. Each logo will link to a pdf file (which we have already created). They will each open in a new window. 4. Layout the "Team" pages for each individual-see attached (change HAYDEN/MS IR "JOINT VENTURE" to Miri Segal-Scharia "International Joint Venture") and add her bio, which we have. 5. Program everyone's email and social media links for "Team" 6. Generally clean up and test the site so it works well on all browsers and test for responsiveness. 7. link facebook, twitter, and mail links. as well as any other random links on site for contact, etc. 8. Clean up text sizing, spacing and consistency so it is consistent throughout the site. 9. Post the site to its hosting and secure it so it doesn't get hacked. 9. Figure in an additional 5 hours of items that I did not list here. I also have a few other WP sites that may need finishing up, depending on our schedule. We are a design firm that does mostly WP and Joomla programming. Thanks.
