1. Wallet For Every client every client has a WALLET. This wallet can have money deposited through paypal or credit card (paypal as well for now)
2. We wasnt to add a Referral Program. Where people can get a LINK to give to friends so we know who invited who. The link will be generated from INSIDE THE WEBSITE. Then=>
• Friend signup 1 AED added to wallet
• Friend buys a minimum 100 AED product: 2 AED added to wallet
• This money goes to user wallet... he can only use this money for buying. When he is buying he can use his WALLET as a discount.
• So when friend A invites friend B and Friend B sign up. A gets 1 AED
• When B buy a game for 100 AED or more. A will get 2 AED

How the calendar works. When we create a new item we add a DATE in the field of the item. That item should appear on the calendar as per the date. What appears on the calendar is the packshot. (Every item has 1 packshot and 3-4 screenshots. Under the item there is an option to PREORDER that item.
5. Notify me when price drops. Tick next to the item so we get notified when a price drop. When someone clicks this item, he will be asked to log on with a new window that pop up from inside the website.
6. Delivery time message with products – and ability to track MY ORDERS or put down an order. every order made a system must generate a unique number. The number is added to the HISTORY OF THE PURCHASES of the buyer. Then we adjust the order status manually. For example. Order received. Then payment received. Then order packed. Then order dispatched. Then order delivered. The buyer can log on and track the order status. When he does he sees a history of the order and what status it is in. So he sees order placed (date and time). Then second Line payment received (date and time ) etc.
7. Some products may have warranty. we need to add a warranty field to the database. If there's warranty we need to enter product serial number so we track when product is sold. Also on the database we need date of product sold so we know when warranty runs out.
8. Discount coupon option we need to be able to generate disocunt coupons. this might be INSIDE the oscommerce
How to apply.
Study please the website and send us a Quote Plus a time frame.
How do we pay: we will escrew 80% of the amount in freelancer. We will keep 20% until you fully deliver.
How do we release money: we will release 50% when you give us the first demo of the features. Then 50% when we approve all. Then 20% if you deliver on time.
If you are more than 3 days late we will deduct 10 Dollar per day to the maximum of the 20%. For example
If you quote 300 we will keep 60 dollars in escrow and if you are late by more than 3 days, we will deduct 10 dollars for every day until the 60 are gone.
