Ongoing evolution of [login to view URL] PHP/MySQL/GIT

We're looking for a company able to evolve and maintain [url removed, login to view] over time.

As you can see the site has some old fashioned parts that need to be renewed.

There are blogs in different alphabets, like Arabic, Roman, etc.

Perhaps the individual blogs should be converted in a collection of WordPress or a similar platform.

There are some emails per day we receive in french and English mainly that need to be answered.

The code is in PHP/MySQL, with just some widget in flash that can possibly be replaced for ajax.

The system has two servers:

1. MySQL 5.1 +

2. Apache2 Web Server

Both running Linux, we will change the hosting provider so you'll need to install the new ubuntu linux boxes, configure apache in one and mysql in the other, do all required validation and change the records in the domain.

We have the code in a GIT repository at [url removed, login to view], and it should continue there.

The objective is to have an absolutely clean modern design and website that work fast and be attractive, permitting the bloggers to monetize their blogs through the use of advertisement (as it is today), having a clear analytics of how their blogs are being visited.

**We are expecting the code to evolve fast and have website features released almost each week**, so please ask what you need to know, and propose your approach for that.

With "modern" we refer to what is nowadays the top ranking sites of the US and the world.

**Please include in your bid what kind of characteristics you think it would be nice to have in bloguez, that are a common standard in these modern websites. (We ask this to be sure you are a company that understand what a top ranking site is)**

We have more similar projects in the same technology, so we can eventually ask to put some of the resources to do something in other website.
