Customize WordPress Pop Up Software + Optin Templates

I need my existing wordpress plugin customized to my new brand name to be revealed to winner. In summary my plugin is designed to be welcome, exit and content locking pop up to convert those visitors on your site/blog into taking an action whether its subscribing for free ebook/mini course/content/report/software, offering a discount/coupon for leaving customers, or locking content like video/ebook/ until they share thus this will increase your subscriber count and social signal of your site/blog which is exactly what google & other search engines want. There is also an iframe pop up that can have templates preloaded and edited within the wordpress plugin. Ideally you will have a team of professional graphics, internet marketer and php programmer to make my plugin work for my target market which is to be sold to affiliates, online marketers, webmasters, offline marketers and blog/website owners. Then you will understand what I am trying to accomplish.
