I am looking for a website for my business that will allow my clients to get rid of the paper order forms and be able to submit everything online. There will be tables, check lists, drop downs, file uploads, etc. It needs to be easy for clients to navigate and look clean and simple. On the back end I need clean looking forms (that I can hand to my employees) and easy access to files that were uploaded. Pdf files will need to be generated.
