Promotional Flash Banners

I am looking for someone to design some banners for my new website, which caters for the modelling business. I do not really have a concept of my own, so am looking for someone with exceptional creativity and artistic talent to create some for me. Cost permitting, I would like flash banners. The more eye catching, appealing and clever the better. I can provide my company logo and images where necessary and appropriate for the design. I will require 4 banners to be designed.
