Flash music site - with $500 bonus! Total $2000

I need somebody experienced in Flash and PHP to help developing a site that allows creating music and videos. ## Deliverables I need a subscription based website that allows my users to create their own songs. (User can pay via Paypal or credit card) They can add (midi) instruments, do modifications and also record their voice (via microphone). They should be able to add videos and/or record their own videos per webcam and integrate them with the music to a music video. Another feature would be to merge a background picture or video with the user's picture/video background video. The music files and videos should be able to be exported to youtube, facebook or other popular sites. There should be also a social aspect in this site, with competitions of the best music and videos. You can either built the site from scratch or use Joomla with Jomsocial as social component. The layout/design needs to be also catchy and contemporary. Please only bid if you have extensive experience with flash and PHP. Continuous (separately paid) projects will follow this one when competed. I will also pay in addition a $500 bonus after this project has been completed to satisfaction! Thank you.
