I need 10 Adult Themed porn Web sites built. Each web site will have its own theme and be unique and independent of the others. I have seperate domain names for each one. I have some of the content to start them. I will use banners on the sites to promote the other sites as well. Maybe a link exchange to help promote the sites. I need to be able to add content, add banners, make updates and minor changes through an administrative panel for all sites. Most of the content will be video clips and pictures. I will offer different payment options to gain access to the sites including a pass which will allow members to view all of the sites. I found another adult web ring similar to what I want to do at <[login to view URL]> I am open to comments and suggestions about the best and most cost affective way to proceed with this project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Linux I think will be the best. Looing for the sites to be most easily acessable to all internet surfers.
