Modify SQL query

I have a search page that selects entries from two tables (simple join). The results are are sorted based on entries in the Caption field. However, I want to give priority placement to results which contain data in a different field (this field will not always contain data).

ie:

SELECT A, B, C, D FROM tblPics SORT BY A

but give priority to rows in which C is not empty.

Site code is ASP and database is Access.

## Deliverables

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
