Financial Modeling Web Site

This project is to develop a simple financial modeling web site. You should be experienced with financial modeling (for example in Excel), and be able to write code in PHP and HTML and upload to a Linux Server. Create a PHP/HTML page where the user can model the following scenarios: 1. Up to 5 rounds of investment funding (Series A - E). 2. Ability to keep fixed or adjust the following for each round: - Size of total raise - Individual investors raise - Increase in option pool - as part of the round, or post the round (provide calculator to roughly convert pool in percentage to # of shares) - Ability to enter individual investors or groups - Pre money (for example, keep pre money fixed) - Post money (for example, keep post money fixed) - Support for warrants that convert into a next round 3. Allow the user to see the results. 4. Allow user to compare multiple scenarios (use separate tabs 5. The layout of the page should look roughly like a spreadsheet, with a control box where the user can enter the variables to change or keep fixed. 6. Allow user to save a project containing data they have entered and retrieve it later by logging in (they can enter a username/password and project name, but they can also just use the site as a tool, without having to login or register first). Completion of the project includes uploading the files to the server and having them run successfully.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
