Myself Hemant, reference your description and the attached file, i have understood 80% of the system as described by you and on the remaining 20% i would like to you explain further.
1) Stock inventory / order of cleaning goods like detergents, wipers and all or something else.
2) Regarding geo location, we will have to use Google maps api, for which you will have to get a business license from google, so are you having that ?
3) For taking customer's signature a normal touch screen phone / tablet will be used right, for that we will have to implement some drawing features.
Note: we have already worked on a live tracking mobile application, hence we can give our best to this project.
Also just a suggestion, which i found on some other reference website through google is the rate calculator, one can get instant quotation by selecting the cleaning type, no of rooms, pets etc. You should also think about it.
