undelete Outlook items

We need a program to undelete Outlook items (after user empty deleted folders), and recover it before compact. The deleted itmes can be recovered before user runs clean-up utility and compact the data file. Also notice this will need to run against the stand-alone PST file, it is NOT going to connect and get deleted data from Exchange server; If the PST is password-protected, the password will be provided. Detailed requirement: (1). Language: You will write this program in one of the following languages: VB, C++, VB.net, C# (2). PST file format need to be supported: Outlook 98, Outlook 2000, Outlook XP and Outlook 2003; running under windows 2000 or Windows XP. (3). Deliverables will include your executable and complete source code; (4). A series of tests will be run to verify the deliverables to determine if the project is done successfully. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
