need someone to do a small project on multi-level queueing with C++. It's preferred that he has enough experience on academic operating systems course. It should be easy to do for someone with appropriate background, and won't exceed 200 lines of code.
Given some input (details provided privately), the program should show the total time needed to process the processes, the throughput, and the average turnaround time. Details on multilevel queueing and how the program works and sample input and output is ready, so it's not going to be a big deal at all.
THIS IS AN URGENT PROJECT. THE OTHER CODER NEVER SUBMITTED THE SOURCE CODE BY DEADLINE AND I NEED IT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BID ACCEPTANCE. SO BID EARLY, AND QUALIFIED CODER WILL BE SELECTED AND PAID PROMPTLY.
It's expected that you have BS or MS in Computer Science, and have taken advanced courses on Operating system. I don't have time to waste, and you need to understand the project and reply to make sure you can do it within the deadline.
Upon bid acceptance, I'll need the project completed by 24 hours (no kidding:) ). Detailed requirements will be emailed to you when you request/ bid.
