I am looking for someone to help me install some automatic IP rotator on a dedicated server with Windows OS for Bulk Email Marketing, I want the IP of the sending switch automatically every hour, with this I am looking to Hotmail and other providers did not block, if anyone has any other recommendation or idea let me know.
